ELI Parks to develop a 30,000 sqm class A logistic facility in Oradea

After the recent construction works start at the Ploiești and Bucharest projects, ELI Parks announces a new logistic park in Oradea, North-Western Romania.

The project will be built in the western area of the city (Calea Borșului) and will benefit from direct access to the future Oradea ring road and an express connection to the A3 highway.

The new logistics park will include two buildings, with a total area of 30,000 sqm. For the first phase of the 10,000 sqm unit, the building permit was obtained, and the works will start by this summer at the latest.

The project, which will attract an investment of 22 million euros, addresses both the tenants in the production and in the logistics areas.

The network of logistics and industrial parks of class A, ELI Parks, is developed in partnership by Element Group, founded by Ionuț Dumitrescu, and D Craig Real Estate, the real estate division of the investment fund D Craig Holding, controlled by Sacha Dragic.
