Prime Kapital extends its lease contract in Globalworth Tower Bucharest

Real estate developer Prime Kapital extended its lease in Globalworth Tower Bucharest and adds an extra of 1.941,5 sqm of office space.

Thus, Prime Kapital carries out its activity now on a total area of 3.066,5 sqm in the first building in South-Eastern Europe to receive LEED Platinum.

Prior to signing the new leasing contract, the real estate company had an office area of 1,125 sqm.

Prime Kapital team comprises more than 350 real estate professionals, combining a multi-disciplinary skill-base along the entire property value-creation chain.

Globalworth Tower, which is classified as Class A, rises to 120 metres over 26 floors and has a gross leasable area of ​​54.000 sqm.
