AFI Tech Park 1 is the first phase of AFI Tech Park Class A office campus, enclosing 70,000 sqm GLA.
The project will comprise 3 office buildings that will offer the tenants various expansion options.
AFI Tech Park 1 was delivered in 2018, offering 22,000 sqm GLA of Class A office spaces, spread over 8 floors and served by 2 underground parking levels.
The second phase of the project is now under development and is targeted to be delivered in Q3 2022.
