River Development, Sema Parc Project developer, announces the obtaining of the BREEAM Excellent certification for the design phase, for two new A-class office buildings in London and Oslo.
The two A-Class office buildings – London and Oslo – are part of the Sema Parc mixed-function project and have a gross leasable area of 31.524 square meters (London – 21.347 square meters, Oslo – 10.177 square meters).
Both are scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of next year.
BREEAM ensures an objective assessment of an asset’s environmental, social and economic sustainability performance, using standards developed by BRE (Building Research Establishment).
BREEAM rated developments are more sustainable environments that enhance the well-being of the people who live and work in them, help protect natural resources and make for more attractive property investments.
River Develoment has delivered over 38.000 square meters of A-Class office space in the last years, as part of the Sema Parc project, through the three A-Class buildings – Bruxelles, Paris and Berlin, all BREEAM certified, with a high score of certification or in the process of certification.
