UKS Stamping gets a EUR 10.7 million loan to build a plant in Pitesti

Garanti BBVA has granted UKS Stamping, a subsidiary of the Ucler Kelepce group, a EUR 10.7 million investment loan to support the development of an automotive parts and accessories plant in Pitesti.

UKS Stamping is set to open its plant in Pitesti this year, encompassing an expansive area of 4,800 square meters and staffed by approximately 80 skilled professionals.

Within the Romanian facility, UKS Stamping will manufacture a range of products, including car seats and body components. The company serves clients such as Adient, Toyotetsu, Toyota Bashoku, Hydac, and Stellantis.

The parent company, Ucler Kelepce, also operates two other Turkish companies in the city of Bursa, which were inaugurated in 2008 and 2019 and have a combined workforce of about 250 people.
