Timpuri Noi Square is entering its second development phase. It will add more than 60,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA), effectively doubling the total office and commercial footprint of the complex to approximately 112,000 sq.m.
Phase two comprises two A-class office towers, with 8 and 15 floors, respectively. These new buildings will also bring an additional 690 underground parking spaces and a diverse retail offering. One of the standout features of this phase is the introduction of New Tales, a two-level food hall concept covering nearly 6,000 sq.m—the largest of its kind in any Romanian office building.
New Tales will integrate a vibrant common area and a curated selection of commercial units. The ground floor will offer specialty coffee shops, a cocktail bar with a live event stage, a bakery, hot and cold food counters, and a Deli Market. The first floor will elevate the experience with à la carte restaurants, a Garden Bar, and an array of international dining options.
The first phase of Timpuri Noi Square, consisting of three office buildings totaling 52,100 sq.m of rentable area, is currently 100% leased. Its tenant roster includes high-profile companies such as Playtika, Ayvens, Radio AG (Kiss FM, Magic FM, Rock FM), Fratelli, Zitec, Bolt, Go Pro, and Vola.
Further enhancing its value proposition, phase one will also be expanded later this year with the launch of a fully equipped conference center, catering to corporate demand for flexible event and meeting spaces.
