Restart Energy lists the convertible green bonds at Bucharest Stock Exchange

Restart Energy lists its convertible green bonds tomorrow, April 21st, at The Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The issue of green bonds convertible into shares has a total value of 16,361,200 lei, maturing in 2026, and a fixed annual interest rate of 9%, payable semi-annually.

The bonds will be convertible into shares starting in the fourth year.

Restart Energy aims for the company to register in Romania a turnover of 220 million lei in 2021, higher by 100 million lei compared to 2020.

Also, the net profit could rise to 24.2 million lei compared to 13 million lei last year.

Due to the liberalization of the market, Restart Energy attracted 10.000 customers in the first three months of the year, 40% more than the expectations.

The company’s management hopes that in the first half of the year it will complete the acquisition of ten operational photovoltaic projects with a capacity of 30 MW installed.

The investment in the purchase of the ten parks is around 30 million euros.
