Número Uno to use Bucharest as logistic hub for expansion in Hungary and Bulgaria

Spanish group Número Uno signed a long-term lease agreement for the 3,000 square meters of logistics and office space that the tenant occupies within P3 Bucharest A1.

The retailer will use this space as logistical hub for the CEE region.

Número Uno is the largest multi-brand franchisor in the Canary Islands, Spain, and present in Romania since October 2020.

In just one year, the retailer has opened and currently manages 12 stores, 7 of which are in Bucharest plus local units in Campina, Targoviste, Pitesti, Sibiu and Baia Mare.

These are soon to be followed by new stores in Constanta, Tulcea, Timisoara and Suceava.
