NEPI Rockcastle first residential project in Bucharest to be sold in a year and a half

NEPI Rockcastle recently launched its first residential project in its portfolio, Vulcan Residence located in Bucharest, near Vulcan Shopping Centre.

The developer has already started the construction which will be finished by the second half of 2023. The sales have begun at the end of October 2021.

With over 22 milion euros investment, Vulcan Residence will be built in a single phase, GF + 12 floors, with a top receding floor, and will have 256 apartments.

Also, the project will offer 271 parking lots: with 146 underground and 125 above-ground units, together with 80 warehouse spaces and charging stations for cars and scooters.

Prices start at 64.500 EUR + VAT, for studios with a total usable area of 44 sqm and reach up to 218.000 EUR + VAT, for a 4-room duplex.

The duplex is located on the top two floors of the complex, has an interior staircase and a total usable area of 146 sqm.
