Mega Company gets EUR 20.6 million financing from Alpha Bank Romania

Alpha Bank signed an EUR 20.6 million financing for Mega Distribution Center, a 45,000 sqm logistic park in Bucharest.

JLL worked on behalf of Mega Company to arrange the financing.

The Mega Company, founded in 1983, is a Washington-based, international real estate organization that specializes in the development and operation of industrial and commercial spaces.

The company is an integrated investor and developer that operates a portfolio of four different logistic parks located in core logistic locations in Romania.
