KONE has rented a total space of 1,230 sq m, consisting of 900 sq m of office space and 330 sq m of storage space in West Business Campus Bucharest.
KONE has over 60,000 employees in more than 60 countries and operations all over the world. It is present in Romania since 2008 expanding their business year over year.
The first phase of the West Business Campus project with a total area of 3,600 sq m was completed mid of 2020.
The second phase of development will have approximately 10,000 sq m and will be delivered in 16-18 months, following to add mixed-use units in the campus.
The area around Preciziei metro station has registered an important re-development in the last 15 years, with the delivery of major A-class office projects and retail schemes.
