Homing Properties announces the newest project in the center of Bucharest, Icoanei Gardens, located on 2-8 Icoanei Street.
The project covers an area of 4625 mp and has a height of GF+2+3Setback+4Setback.
Icoanei Gardens is the first project in the area to integrate elements from the existing buildings, although they have no heritage value.
The building will have an atrium 10m wide and 10m high (equivalent to 3 floors), which allows the reproduction of the facade of one of the previous buildings.
This atrium communicates with an indoor garden of 750m2, which represents almost 40% of the project’s area.
Icoanei Gardens will have 45 apartments, resulted after an investment of 10 million euro.
The building also has a basement for 63 underground parking lots and there is another underground level with storage rooms and a shelter for emergencies.
Homing Properties real estate development company was founded by three Spanish entrepreneurs, Tomás Manjón, Diego Stuyck and David Tortosa.
The developer also has in its portfolio other two premium residential complexes of boutique type, Triana, with 53 apartments and Trastevere, with 48 apartments, 3 commercial spaces and an impressive rooftop pool.
