GSK sold Ferrosan Cluj-Napoca, its last factory in Romania

GSK sold Ferrosan Cluj-Napoca plant to Hexagon Retail Properties, a group involved in real estate and retail projects in Romania.

The construction of the factory was completed in 2015. The property has access to the European road E81 and the A3 motorway. The space consists of 2,000 sqm separate office building, 3,800 sqm of warehouses and 12,800 sqm of land.

GSK, one of the leading players in the medical field, entered the Romanian market over 30 years ago. The factory in Cluj-Napoca was part of their portfolio since 2019, following an international joint venture with Pfizer.
