First Primark store in Romania to open this year in Bucharest

Primark will open the first store in Romania, in Bucharest, in the Parklake shopping center. The store will be open until the end of 2022.

Primark is an Irish fashion retailer, which recently opened its 400th store of the global network in Sicily, Italy. In the region, the company has one store in the Czechia (Prague), two in Poland, one in Slovenia (Ljubljana) and five in Austria.

Primark aims to make sustainable fashion affordable for everyone and focuses on giving products a longer life.

The retailer sells both footwear / clothing, as well as household products or beauty and care products. The direct competitors on the local market will be the Polish retailer Pepco and Kik.
