Proptech company Bright Spaces is adding the MENA region to its target markets in 2023 and brings Mike Hapoianu as Regional Manager.

Mike Hapoianu comes with over 22 years of experience in real estate, people management, business development and business planning.

Mr. Hapoianu worked for companies in Romania, the United Arab Emirates, the United States of America, Poland, Turkey and Bulgaria.

The company’s current portfolio includes developers from Romania, the UK and Hungary, for whom Bright Spaces has mapped over 700,000 sq m of office and residential space.

Through the solution it offers, Bright Spaces contributes to: reducing leasing time by up to 50%, digitalising and optimizing manual tasks, attracting and qualifying potential customers through digital marketing campaigns and interactive websites.
