Aquila earned a record net profit of RON 43.8 million in first 9 months of 2021

Aquila (AQ) recorded a net profit of RON 43.8 million on September 30, 2021, an increase of 21% compared to the same period in 2020.

This net profit is the highest since the company was established. Revenues also increased by 19%, reaching RON 1,376 million during the reporting period.

The positive evolution of sales through the convenience channel (gas stations and convenience stores) translated into a rise in sales by 25%.

Founded in 1994 and with a team of over 3.000 employees, Aquila is the leader of the distribution market in Romania, operating as well in the Republic of Moldova.

Aquila offers its partners integrated solutions, through the sale of complementary products and services.

In 2020, the public traded company at Bucharest Stock Exchange had a turnover of over EUR 370 million.
