Akcent Development to invest 75 million euros in a new residential project

Akcent Development launched a new residential project in Bucharest, Akcent City, with 810 apartments, an investment of approximately 75 million euros.

The project will be developed in the Bucureștii Noi area, near Constanța bridge, where Akcent Development owns a 20,000 sq m land plot.

The project will consist of five blocks of 10 floors each, with a built area of 104,000 square meters and two basement levels.

In addition, Akcent City will provide 6,200 square meters of green spaces, out of which around 2,000 square meters will be of parks and common areas.

Work is currently underway for the demolition of the buildings on site, which is due to be completed this month.

The main construction part of the project is scheduled to begin in January.

Akcent Development is one of the most dinamic residential developers in Bucharest, with approximately 7,500 apartments in its portfolio.
