AFI Europe started the works for the refurbishment of all the common areas in AFI Lakeview office building, an investment of approx. 1.6 Mil Euro.
Following this, the tenants will enjoy an attractive work environment, a lobby with modern design, corridors and restrooms completely renovated.
AFI Lakeview offers 25,500 sqm GLA of A class modern office spaces, with a complex architecture combined into 2-height levels of the building: GF+14 and GF+7 and 4 underground parking levels.
The building is providing an efficient floor plate of approximately 2,400 sqm GLA, which decreases on the top floors reaching to approximately 1,500 sqm GLA per floo.
Similar to all other office projects developed by AFI in Romania, AFI Lakeview holds a Green Certificate – BREEAM ”Very Good”.
