A&D Pharma has leased a warehouse of 9.000 square meters in the CTPark Sibiu project located in the western part of the city, a transaction brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
This will be the second largest distribution hub for A&D Pharma, after the one in Bucharest, which currently has an area of over 27.000 square meters.
The new warehouse will facilitate the supply chain process both for the pharmacies located in the Central and Western parts of the country and also for the distribution of online orders.
A&D Pharma, part of Dr.Max Group, is one of the largest pharmaceutical groups in Romania offering pharmaceutical retail services and medicine distribution.
In Romania, the company has two business lines, the medicine distribution line, Mediplus Exim and the pharmaceutical retail line, Dr.Max and Sensiblu.
CTP has a portfolio of logistics and industrial parks in Romania, with an area of over 1.5 million square meters, out of which 1.3 million square meters are located in Bucharest.
CTPark Sibiu has a built area of 20.000 square meters in two distinct buildings, with a development potential of over 100.000 square meters.
